ADOH! x Poon's Extraordinary Chilli Oil | Poon's London

Since Monday 12 October, ADOH! in Covent Garden has been cooking with our Extraordinary Chilli Oil. It goes into their Roadside Seafood Fried Rice, with prawns, chilli and curry leaf, and you can order an extra side of the chilli oil for £1.50.

ADOH! is the Sri Lankan street food restaurant on Maiden Lane from Eroshan and Aushi Meewella, the team behind Kolamba. Sri Lankan and Chinese cooking both lean on heat and savoury depth, and this dish puts the two together.

Bill Poon first made Extraordinary Chilli Oil for friends and family. It is made with salted black beans, so it is savoury as well as hot, and it holds two stars from the 2026 Great Taste Awards.
